Do you offer refunds?
Due to our overheads and the way our sites are ran, we’re sorry, we’re unable to offer refunds for any tickets purchased.
How do I access the car park?
Upon registration, you will be asked to choose from one of the following methods to get access. The method chosen will open the gate/barrier to the car park when you drive in.
Code Access – You will be allocated (or you can choose) a 6-Digit PIN number which can be entered on the keypad outside of the gate/barrier.
Access Card or Keyring – You can elect for an access card, which is a credit card size branded card to keep in your wallet, which you present to the keypad outside of the gate/barrier. There is also a keyring instead that you can select from.
AMPR – While you will always have access to the items above (subject to ticket type), we also operate AMPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) – which in most cases will cause the gate/barrier to open automatically each time you drive into the car park, saving you getting out of you vehicle to the keypad. This option is only available to VIP customers.
What is the free WiFi for?
We include free high speed WiFi (from Baltic Broadband) so customers can leave their vehicles connect while they are away.
This can be useful for vehicles with remote app’s (that control heating, alarm functions etc), pre-download content in their AV system (movies for the kids etc) or for motor homes whereby some family members stay in the vehicle when others are away.
The Free WiFi can also be used in conjunction with our gate control app, which is used by VIP customers who can use it to open the gate.
How secure is the car park?
By default, the entire site is protected by a large secure electric gate that is always closed. Daily and monthly booking receive a code that will open this when needed.
For Match day customers, we have an attendant on-site who checks each vehicle in and out.
Additionally, there are CCTV cameras that cover the entire car park that are recorded and stored in the cloud. Of a night time, the car park is monitored by an external security company who also have access to the site should they detect any issues.
VIP season ticket holders can also get remote access to the site to view their vehicle should they wish.

LCR Park is operated by Internet of Things Limited t/a LCR Park and is an experienced parking operator that has been offering quality car parking solutions for several years, across the Liverpool City Region.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Direct Debit (ideal for Season Ticket customers), Credit Card or Bank transfer.
Can I change the vehicle registration at any time?
For season ticket customers, yes you can change the vehicle registration by emailing contact@lcrpark.co.uk.
All other customers, please contact your booking operator.
